You’ll find a new way to move at Brio Active. All of our programs incorporate the principles of active movement to improve energy, strength, flexibility, circulation and bone density. We offer Foundation Sessions that focus on energy and vitality; flexibility and strength; and replenishment and relaxation. 

You will experience a high level of personal attention at our studio. Expert coaches work with small groups of no more than four participants per session, so every individual achieves the most from their workout. We prioritize personal success at Brio. You’ll find challenging sessions that are always achievable.
